Better Than Fiction - All-New Episode #1. It's Here!
Hello Friends,
As promised we are back with our first new episode in 2 1/2 years. We begin our first episode with our feature "What You Should Be Aware Of". In this segment we talk about our pop culture fix of the week or what we have been doing. This week Scott Sackett drops some oriental culture on us with the action movie "Hard Boiled" starring Chow Yun-Fat and the book "Confucious Lives Next Door" by T.R. Reid. Then D.L. Nelson talks TV with "Orange Is The New Black", "True Detective" and "The Black List". Then we go into our featured topic "Bond, James Bond". We talk about what James Bond means to us. Bond books, movies and music are discussed. This is our take on growing up with James Bond. We close this episode with a special thank you Empire Strikes Books. These fine folks were instrumental in turning our podcast from theoretical to an actuality. Enjoy.
