First up, Scott focuses on some new series' from Image Comics with "Image Firsts vol. 1 & 2". After that DL talks DC Comics "The Omega Men - The End Is Here" by Tom King and Barnaby Bagenda. Next up, Barry has the new printing of "The Stanley Kubrick Archives" from Taschen. On our second round of discussion Scott has the new art book "Basic Human Anatomy" by Roberto Osti, DL has "Last of the Independents" from Matt Fraction and Kieron Dwyer and Barry has "Stonecutter" by Jon J. Better Than Fiction Episode #158! Spidey Treasury Edition, Celtic Knights and Planet Earth!

Episode #158! This week on the show we have comic books, a documentary and more O.J. First up, Barry brings us "American Crime Story - The People v. O.J. Simpson". After that Scott has the new Marvel Treasury sized comic called "Spidey". Next up DL has the two trades "Tim and Lynne" and "Celtic Knights". Better Than Fiction Episode #157! Captain Marvel, Valerian and Batman!

Episode #157! This week on the show we talk movies, comics and books with another "Cool Stuff" episode. First up Scott brings us a book on Western movies called "John Ford and the American West". Next up Barry brings us classic Marvel Cosmic comics with "Captain Marvel - The Complete Collection" by Jim Starlin. After that DL revisits "The Dark Knight Returns - The Last Crusade" with the new deluxe edition hardcover. Then it's on to movies. Scott talks a little about a new trailer he saw for "Valerian" a film based on a French comic books series. Then we watch the new Wolverine III trailer. After that we give our opinions of what we saw and expect. To close out this episode Barry brings us the book "OMG Posters". Give us a listen.

Better Than Fiction Episode #156! Dark Night - A True Batman Story and Black Mirror!

Episode #156! This week Scott Sackett, Barry Burris and DLNelson are back with another new episode. First up we review Dark Night - A True Batman Story by Paul Dini and Eduardo Risso. This story is based on actual events from Paul Dini's life. Now some 20 years on, Dini has crafted a story about his past and how he worked through those events. Also this week Barry brings us the British Sci-Fi anthology series Black Mirror now available on Netflix. Give us a listen!
