Episode #534! Mystery Men! Before the Marvel Age of movies, super hero films with a few exceptions weren't the box office giants they are today. They hadn't grabbed the general public yet with their limited effects, crude costumes and let's be honest weak stories. Most tended to not take themselves seriously anyway.
